Barbara Roos

My research focuses on the mathematical analysis of quantum many-body systems. I am particularly interested in superconductivity and thermalization of open and closed quantum systems.

Before coming to GSSI, I worked as a postdoc with Ángela Capel Cuevas and Stefan Teufel at the University of Tübingen. I obtained my PhD at ISTA under the supervision of Robert Seiringer and completed my BSc and MSc at ETH Zurich.
